Previously it's working on (7.1.9) but recently we migrated to 7.3.1 that time on words it's not working

Hello Suresh,

It might be an issue was with the File name parameter.  Instead of using the complete system path, try to use file://web:/StaticContent/global/ServiceExport/MSOData.xlsx and see if the issue gets resolved?
