File type (.pdf) not set
Hi,
My requirement is to populate a pdf template and on click of a button download it to user's local machine.
I have created an Eform rule and uploaded the pdf template, then created and activity to set all the properties in template and called Code-Pega-Pdf.View activity to view the updated template, I have used Open url in window on click of button and called my activity.
Everything is working fine except only when the file is downloaded the file type is "File" rather than "pdf". The Code-Pega-Pdf.View activity takes pdf name as parameter but does not support filetype.
How can I set the file type as pdf while its getting downloaded into users local machine?

@JesmineB To set the file type as .pdf when using the code-pega-pdf.view activity, you don't need to do anything specific. The activity is designed to generate PDF files by default. When you use this activity to generate a PDF, the output file will be in the .pdf format.
Therefore it's best you log a support ticket in order to get this looked at in detail.
