File Listener error scenario not sending email communication

Hi All,

File listener, configured with retries, Still processing failed and file name changed error (.Err) upon all retires completed, Here we are planning to send and email communication stating that  file listener processing failure.

 

As of now we don't have any configuration for this, need to customize the File listener processing.

 

Any suggestions to achieve this.

@GajulaS9 Not sure if it can help, but did you get chance to try the following "Idle processing" settings available on the file listener.

Help document says we can configure an activity that gets triggered once file processing is completed.

Can you give a try and update us if it works here.
