FCM (Federated Case Management)

Hi All

We are planning to implement FCM.

We are using Pega PRPC 7.1.8 with web sphere and Oracle and we did some R&D on PDN we are good with that to implement as per our need. but before implementing this we need some clarification.

  • Is there any performance related issue with FCM because we are going to add approx more than 15 applications.
  • what is server configuration and hardware we need.

I am not aware of any targeted FCM performance studies. But you should definitely test out in your environment to make sure it meets your SLA before going live. The server/hardware is the same as each individual prpc instance.
