Hello everyone,

We have a requirement to enable business users (especially executives) to take actions on cases from different applications without having to switch between them. We are aware of Pega provides a solution for this known as FCM. However, we want to know if we can achieve this requierement without using FCM. This is an urgent requirement for our business. Can dynamically changing access group before a user opens assignment be useful for this ? Can you please share your comments/recommended approach for this requirement ?
