Failed to create persona. - error
Hi, When I try to create persona get error: "Failed to create persona.".
I have administrator rights, and I'm able to edit previous persona but I'm not able to add new one. How to overcome this error?

I see there was a fix made in 8.4.2 related to this behavior. I tested my scenario there and was able to add a persona after switching applications (as long as the application I switched to had an open ruleset).

Is there a more detailed error in the logs or Tracer?

I spotted that there is no value for pyPurpose. And this is the only difference in clipboard pages between environment where Personas are possible to create, and environmentwith this error.

And it's running on PEGA version: Pega Platform 8.4.0. In attachment also details from Tracer.
What is more, in some applications I can add Personas, while in some I have this error.

I was able to reproduce the error when I try to create a persona in an application that does not have any rulesets open. Do you see any errors in the trace when pxChooseBestRuleSet executed?

There are no errors when executing pxChooseBestRuleSet.
What is interesting, on the same environment (the same host), the same application, one developer has this error, while another do not and is able to create Personas. Developer that have problem have error details:

I encountered a similar error when I switched between applications. Do you have multiple access groups in your Operator record? If you do, select the access group for this application as the default access group, log back in and try again.

I have multiple access groups. I logged out. reset server, computer etc. several times and it doesn't help.

Which Access Group is the default Access Group? Is it the Access Group associated with the Application where you are trying to create the persona? How does your Operator record compare with the developer that works?

Seems that I can create only new Personas only for application that is set as default for me.
Is this how PEGA should work? I mean that I can create Personas only for default application? Honestly it would be more convenient if I could create personas for every application where I am an administrator. Otherwise I have to change default application (and log out>log in) every time when I want to add new Persona.
