Error: Failed to create the strategy for this Campaign
While running a outbound campaign it is failing to create a segment and the error message also suggests that to resolve the issue, review the strategy rewardcardlistP20012, but the strategy wasn't created to check.
Is there any approach to solve the issue ?

@Monalisha Have you inspected the logs to see if there are any error/exceptions which might provide some details on why the errors occurred. Also please check if your strategy is the branch ruleset. It should be in the trunk ruleset of the Artifacts.

Ok, in our case the problem was that the Offer class was written in a way PegaMKT-Work-Offer-Abc but the strategy class was -ABC.
Somewhere deep inside the internal logic Pega compares those 2 in a case sensetive way. (Don't remember the exact PegaMKT function name).
