Unable to refer strategies in campaign in 8.4 marketing

recently we have migrated our application from 7.4 to 8.4. All the strategies were created in custom Customer class i.e XX-YY-Data-Customer. 

In 8.4 we are unable to configure any outbound campaign with the strategies, even we are not able to see those strategies during campaign setup. only the strategies of class "Data-Decision-Request-Customer" is visible in that list. 

The Old strategies have moved in new 8.4 environment and getting executed properly while standalone run. 

Please let us know if anything can be done on the issue.
