Executable-ClassNameMissing error in Pega Logs

Hi

I am getting the below error in logs when trying to execute an activity(SetErrorCodes) from a radio button(customized control).

Executable-ClassNameMissing SetErrorCodes

Can anyone help me to resolve this. Thanks in advance
