Are you able to send a full stack trace? And include any errors immediately preceding or following this error?

I would ask the user what they may have been working on or performing during the time of this error to at least isolate the functionality or screen being used.

You may be able to isolate the user(s) by the xxx field which is scrubbed out in the post above.
