Getting Section 'HarnessFail' execution error. Unable to reproduce this issue in lower environment.

Hi Veera,
Root cause:- The error was appeared due to cookies in browser still holding the user session of previous day.
I had interacted with user whenever we received the alert mail for this exception.
user has not properly closed the session of previous day and in morning, he tried to access the URL (from Icon). It tried to access the session from browser cookies and error has logged in the PEGA.
After clear cache of browser or Restart of user PC, user not facing the issue.

Not sure the actual error in UI for this issue in PROD. We are tracking based on logs. And i could see other exception entry along with actual error on Oct 4th.

And we have related PDN article and reproduced the steps in non prod environments. But not reproducible.

Were you able to resolve your issue? We also see similar errors in our Test environment, but no issues in DEV.
We are running on 7.3 version. Please provide if you got any solution for this.
