Do you have any requestor information on the stack trace? Maybe you can identify the user working with this report and ask him what he was doing exactly to replicate on lower environment.

I checked with the user and seems there is no specific action on which this log entry is registered.
Could you please also let me know if there is any possible root cause so as to simulate the same in lower environment.

There is no error on the screen and we are not able to reproduce again but occurs randomly.
Could you please suggest any way to replicate the same .
