Get Next Work "pydisplayharness page class is null"
we have configured 4 buttons to pull from different workbaskets and skilling instead of get next work that is on the left panel of portal. From one of the buttons (which is more frequently used) we are getting "Failed to execute Activity, pydisplayharness page class is null" error. because of this Onclick button activity is getting failed to execute. hence users are pulling wrong cases when clicked on button. I saw the error is coming from PZrunactionWrapper activity by checking the steppage class is null or not.
can you one let me know why pydisplayharness class/page itself is null sometimes? and can this be fixed. please help.

we have customized get next work and its child activities based on the flags set when each button is clicked. on each button on click activity is written.but this activity is getting failed because of pydisplayharness page is Null sometimes.

What is the PRPC version your using and also provide the exception stack trace from the logs .

PRPC version is 7.1.6
the ony Log we have is "Activity Setfaxflag is failed to execute. pydisplayharness page class is null"
setfaxflag is activity name. nothing else

Could you also share the button configurations as well. How have you configured to call Get next work for different workbaskets since the OOTB UI action is not yet parameterized.
