Exception related to listener in Logs

Hi,

We are getting an exception 'Recovery aborted for file' in logs and it is making server slow.It occurs every 10 minutes.

From logs, it seems it is related to listener but listener not showing any issues and working fine.

Any idea on this?

Hi All,

We deleted listeners and created again.

Also check the access group given in service package ,requestors etc.

Hi Denny,

Please let me know how much of file size, you are trying to process and how many nodes we have configured the file listener.

Can you able to share the log file for last and next 15 minutes of this exception, which will help us to find the exact root cause.

Hi,

We are getting this exception randomly and not when we put the files in a particular folder.But I have tried TIFF upto 400 KB size and it is working fine.
