And the next exception is 2019-11-04 18:45:14,594 [ FILE-Thread-36] [ STANDARD] [ ] [ ] (ernal.store.ManagedTransaction) ERROR File.eGISPostalCode|AJ92PA7KZ1S4DJPQFNA3MMT03NT8115M0|1388494559.1572864014810000|eGISBatchServicePkg/BatchServiceClass/EGISPostalInfoServiceFile OneFL - There was a problem rolling back a transaction: The connection is closed.

Please help what needs to be done from Pega side.

Can you please provide the screen shot of the EGISPostalInfoServiceFile service method. Also please provide the logs after enabling the below logger
