ERROR:Only authenticated client may start this activity: RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY RULE-OBJ-REPORT-DEFINITION PXRETRIEVEREPORTDATA
Hello, we are configuring an authentication service that need to consult a data page that is in an other aplication, like this:
app1: Autenthication service app2: AppX
the app1 have to consult the data page but we are getting this error "Only authenticated client may start this activity: RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY RULE-OBJ-REPORT-DEFINITION PXRETRIEVEREPORTDATA" this could be solve with check the authentication required, but is an activity of pega and final so we cant edit it.
Can anyone help us?

You can configure privilege and add it in the activity to access who is authenticated with the access role specified in the access group.

@Koti Raja The activity is of the ruleset of pega, so it cant be modify only private edit

If its a services only user, check the access group to see if the PegaAPI and SysAdm4 access roles are present.
