Seeing this error in the logs on Pega 7.1.8

The calling rule is a file listener and the Operator provided has admin access rights, and the rule pxRetrieveReportData (nor any report definitions) is not explicitely called in the service activitiy. The listener itself is working fine, but have seen this error.
Any idea what is the cause?

The activity which is getting called from the File-Listener has Authentication checked. Uncheck that in security tab. But, if authentication is needed then make sure that in Service-File rule the Auth check box is checked under Parse Segments and in the Initial Activity of the service file rule, you are correctly setting the parameters pyServiceUser and pyServicepassword.

I was not able to reproduce the issue so I am not convinced that the advice you have given is the root cause. However I have made the changes suggested anyway since we have no reason to require authenification on this service activity. Will update if there are any more issues.
