Unable to load RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY LOG-SAVEDETECT PYSAVEDETECTFILTER

 
Getting below in dev environment after upgrade to 7.3.1.

Unable to load RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY LOG-SAVEDETECT PYSAVEDETECTFILTER #20131009T201355.914 GMT due to Database-BadClassDef	Log-SaveDetect; This may cause the wrong rule to run during rule execution.

Did you install Pega Save Detect in your environment earlier? If so, can you check if the DSS PegaSaveDetect/TrackSaves or PegaSaveDetect/TrackDeletes is false?
