error in work package wizard in prpc 7.2,1

I am trying to package work (Designer Studio-> System-> Tools-> Package Work) in PRPC 7.1.2 but getting below error

I checked GridRepeatingListSection--(Strin991aa02217bb1e25bd43b8042cc867d4' of type Rule-Utility-Function and it's withdrawn

Any plans to update to a later version? I see the error when I check the SelectWorkClasses flow action in a 7.1.2 system but not in 7.1.3 so it was fixed in that version. I am not sure of the change that fixed it though. Maybe someone else will be able to comment on that piece.
