The catalog in a DL is the catalog at the time the DL was created. This catalog is the known hotfixes at the present time. Having your catalog updated will not effect prior hotfixes.
Thanks Paul for your response, Earlier Catalog.zip in DL seems invalid we requested for new DL with updated Catalog in it. After that we are successful with Hotfix installation.
