Error running the project when opening the solution from TFS Source Control
Hi,
We have started using TFS as the source control and we have checked in all the files. Am not able to run the automation if I open the solution from the TFS source control. Please find the errors that I get below. I checked whether any instance of PEGA Runtime is still running in the task manager before I click on start and unable to find one.
ERROR:
- Invalid project path: C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\OpenSpan\8.0\Projects\Project-<Key>\<Projectname>.dll
- Error loading '<Projec name>_Debug.OpenSpan'.
- RuntimeProjectEventArgs.Project property cannot be null.
PEGA Version:
- OpenSpan Plug-in for MS Visual Studio 2015 - 8.0.2003.0
- Pega Native Foundation - 10.0.18031.0
If I run the same solution in the same machine (NO MODIFICATION) which is not attached to the source control, the automation is running without any issues. Please help me resolve the error and let me know if I need to create an SR.
I followed all the resolution steps mentioned in the below post but it did not resolve my error.

Please close the query as we have found its due to mistake from our end. The resolution is to set the right startup project and now the automation is running without any issues.
