Error occurred : Pega Process Extender for Salesforce Lightning

Hi,

I have been working on integration of Pega application and Salesforce Lightning by using Pega Process Extender.

Create Case and My Assignments components are displayed properly but an error occurred when I try to create a case. The application is built with Pega Platform 8.5. Different Pega applications which I created with 8.4 were successfully integrated into the same Salesforce environment and worked properly. 

 

Is the error caused by the difference of Pega Platform version or any other possible causes?
