Pega Process Extender for Salesforce
Hi,
We are using Salesforce as our customer portal and want to use Pega as the backend processing engine for workflows.
I am trying to find out if the PPE for Salesforce can be used by external customers to login in to a SF portal and log and track cases in Pega as the backend workflow tool. The documentation doesn't specifically call out the use case. I did see the cable connect sample use case, but that talks about a representative doing the case logging.
If there is anyone who has done what we are looking to do it would be great to get an idea of how it was built and how well it works.
