I was using the Engagement Policies Report to try to easily assess which actions are using a When Rule. I noticed that not all actions appear in the exported CSV file.

The reason I require an extract of all actions across all issues and groups is because we now have many actions that sit across different issues and groups.

As an example not all action exist in the downloaded file. This means I cannot do a complete analysis to understand which actions are using the When Rule across all actions easily.

I will note if I filter on the Business Issue/Group and export the report I can see details for the action. Yet, this requires me to do this for every issue/group we have and is not efficient. I do not know whether all actions are appearing when filtering on the issue/group report as I didn’t check.

Steps taken:

1. In CDH, select the Reports icon on the top right-hand side and selected “Engagement Policies Report”
2. Selected Export as CSV
