Enable SmartInfo in a report defintion

Hi All,

We have a requirement to enable SmartInfo in a report definition. Steps followed.

1. Enable SmartInfo check box is enabled in report viewer tab of report definition.

2. In the options tab, "Additional Information" is provided as Header and "getSmartInfo" Activity is provided in the content field.

3. SmartInfo section is created in the same class as the report for the SmartInfo to appear, but the smart info does not show up but a symbol "i" comes up in grey color which should be in blue color i believe(Screenshot attached).

Could you please help on this.

If not then is it possible for you to share the configuration screenshots of section containing smartinfo, the Report configurations and the activity that you are calling for rendering the smartinfo section.
