Calculation in Report defintion
Hi Team ,
i have requirement where i have calculate some points based on how many cases resolved by an operator.
I am to get the count but not able to calculate the points .
In the attached screen shot in third column i want points using column 2 count * 10 (per case).

Hi Lalit,
1.Create a sub-report which holds the count value.
SUB-REPORT:
2.In the main report ,add a column to multiply count retrieved from sub-report by 10 using Multiply function
MAIN-REPORT:
3.mention the sub-report in the Data Access tab of the main report
