Report defintion cannot display a property value.
We've optimised a property and the property is showing the value correctly in development environment. But after we deployed it into production, the value of the property cannot be displayed. But the value is existing in the clipboard of a case. We have try to do test connectivity for the database and re-optimised the property but no luck. We have also created a declare expression to call the property itself but cannot because an error message of "Invalid circular reference" would occur. So we are not sure about the reason behind.

@Valor Hi Can you please try the below steps and check if it works:
1. Save the database table instance, and create a new case and check if the value gets added to the column
before doing this please check if column exists in the table, navigate to system>Database>modify schema, select the schema and table and see if the column exists
