Embedded Mashup Screen not loading in PEGA application

Embedded Mashup Screen not loading in PEGA application between for our application SI 8.8 to PACT 8.8

Framework: RCMIF

Response we received in back up is not rendering properly, and screen is not loading for few of the cases, and few cases its working as expected. We also compare the between the two scenarios, but could not find any difference or any issue, we need assistance to resolve this issue.

Hi @KranthiKumarR16850584 - I don't think Smart Investigate for Payments app has any Mashup code shipped as part of the product. This seems to be a custom code created, which will need analysis by your implementation teams. 

If you find the issue is with Pega Platform or SI app, please create a ticket in msp.pega.com with appropriate artifacts.
