Infinite Loading Screen on Android Mobile Application

I create a new portal totally blanck for my mobile application. When I use Pega Preview to see my application, I get an infinity loading screen after I give my creditentials. 

I see nothing on tracer that are different between my blanck portal and the standard one (the portal that are auto generated when you create your first mobile application).

Is there something to add to create a portal for mobile application ?

Perhaps one of the first things I would try and isolate is if this an issue with your portal, authentication, or mobile app. For example, log into an OOTB portal like Case Manager or Case Worker with the same credentials on desktop. Then do this again, but this time from a mobile device. Repeat these steps with your custom portal. Depending on where/when this fails will help us pinpoint where the problem might be.
