Email Listener retrive the Parent Message Id
Hi all,
We are on 7.1.7 and trying to retrieve a property from an outlook email box to track duplicates. The email is being redirected from multiple boxes so the message ID is inconsistent. Is there any way in Pega to retrieve the X-MS-Exchange-Parent-Message-Id or any information that is unique to the original email data that we can track to the original message?

I was making sure something like this could be done. We had trouble initially but after a restart of the email listener it is now working great.

You should be able to map "X-MS-Exchange-Parent-Message-Id" to a property of your choice in the header mappings area of your Service Email record. Have you tried doing that?
