Email Listener- Forward Unprocessed Messages

Hello,

We are using Pega 8.1.1 version. I have email listener to create a work object for each inbound email which is working fine. However I wasnt able to implement Forward Unprocessed messages.

PFA for the configuration made by me in the email listener being used along with DSS setting suggested in a support article. I have restarted the listener too after creating this DSS but didnt help.

Any suggestions in getting this addressed would be appreciated.

Hello,

I see that unprocessed emails are forwarded to configured email with the error details. This email has an attachment with .mail file extension. Please let me know how such attachments can be viewed or opened.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hi SatieshKumar,

 The Attached for all the unprocessed email, are controlled under the Error tab of the File Listener, kindly modify the extension based on the required extension to read the unprocessed Mails.
