Email Listener (Pega 7.1.7) MessagingException when obtaining subject
I configured Email listener on Pega than started it successfully. But after I send an email to inbox that I listen. It throws an exception below. But When I set log level for email listener to debug level it works correctly. Do you have any idea ?

On reviewing the SR, I see that it was closed after regional settings were changed to 'English'. Please let us know for any updates.

It seems like we're trying to get the subject from the header, and the getHeader call is failing.

it could be the reason but why it works when I set the log level to DEBUG for email listener. At this point it works properly without getting subject of the email.

Can you successfully connect and retrieve emails using IMAP from another source using the same settings? (If not, this would indicate the issue is outside of Pega).
I would also like to see your email account and email listener configurations.

Email Server : Exchange 2010 SP3 RU 16
