I have checked the inbox of the mail and found there are multiple emails present in inbox but our listener is not processing every email and in SMA the request count is very less as compared to the number of emails received after start time of listener.
I have tried to trace the service email by doing trace open rule of same and sent an email but no result though email received at inbox properly.
Please assist.. Its happening in production and I have no clue how to debug further.
Are the emails already read? If so, they will not be processed.
You can enable debug on 'com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.email.EmailListener' to see more information in the logs, but I suspect you're going to see that it thinks there are no new messages to process (potentially because they are already read).
