Email Listener changes status to SLEEPING

Hi Community ,

I created an Email Listener and when I choose my listener in SMA and start it, then it will appear with status 'RUNNING' once I close the the window or refresh it, then the status is changing to 'SLEEPING'. Do anyone know why it is happening?

Hi There,

This is a normal behaviour. Generally it would wakeup at interval of 300 seconds and look for emails periodically and would sleep again after applicable processing.
