Email Listener Issue: Every time we edit the Service Email Activity, the Listener does not pick up the changes. It does after complete Pega Server Restart.
Can we avoid restarting the entire Pega Server after every Service Email Activity change?

Hi Rejy,
You need to restart the Email Listener for the changes to take effect. Sever restart is not required.

Hi,
If you do any changes in Service Email rule, you have to restart the listener in SMA by navigating to Listener Management.
Please do it and let us know, if you still see the same issue.

Hi! Thank you for your reply. Yes we have restarted the listener thru the SMA after any changes and it works now. Initially, we were not given SMA access (password) to restart from there. We used to only click "Restart Startup" at the Email Listener rule.
