Email Frequency Adaptive Model Learning
I have a requirement in the email channel that I need some recommendations of how is the best way to implement it :
- Part A:predict the right amount of emails that we want to sent to customers in a specified period of time with the aim to avoid emailing customers that are likely to unsubscribe; for example for Customer A we can sent 3 emails in a 30 days period but for Customer B we need to sent only 1 email. I know OTTB we can define "Outbound channel limits" within a time period however business is not sure what is right number of emails so they want to use adaptive models in order to learn what is the right threshold to define this.
- predict the best time when you sent the email to a customer. For example we have Customer A and Customer B eligible for the Action with email treatments. Business wants Pega to decide when to sent the email. For example Customer A will sent the email on Monday 11th of June but customer B will sent the email on 30th of June. In my opinion this is not supported by CDH but I am curious if anyone has any thoughts on this.
