Adaptive model Learning
In our recent implementation we implemented CDH8.7. In phase 1 our prioritization is happening without using Pega OOTB adaptive model. Now as part of the 2nd phase we wanted to capture the learning of the model initially and use in prioritization subsequently.
While we are using call center as the only channel now i see there is no learning updated for the model "callcenterclickthrough". I assume this learning is automatic via capture response.
Here are the basic checks we did
- ADM nodes are enabled
- NBA designer: Arbitration->apply AI treatment level
- each offer: Action evaluation criteria->Default
- Model: configured Outcomes(with spellings)
Any other checks i need to perform?
