Email client link not working?
Hi,
I've accessed the page http://prpc.local:8080/ as part of completing the exercises for this course; however when I click the email client link to try to log in, either nothing happens or a blank page is returned - no option to log in is presented. Can you help, please?

Thank you for your query.
When you hover the mouse over the Email Client link, what is the URL you see? Can you ping the IP address in that URL?
Also, can you confirm that you have set-up the VirtualBox Network Preferences as described in the Exercise System Guide?

The URL I'm being given is http:// Proprietary information hidden%2:8100. When I try to ping it, I get the response 'ping request could not find host'. I have set up the Network Preferences as described.

That's a strange looking IP address!
Can you ping prpc.local and see what IP address you get. Then try to use that <IP address>:8100 and see if you can access the email client?
