Open Exercise System not working?

When I try to do the exercises for PEGA CSSA 8 it gives me an error when try and opening the exercise system:

When I try to do the exercises for PEGA CSSA 8 it gives me an error when try and opening the exercise system:

Exercise system build in progress

The exercise system is currently being extended to allow for more students. Please check again later.
I have found some old posts talking about the same issue but did not really find a solution other then patience for PEGA to fix it or using the VM. Is this still the case?
