How do I send an email when the robot stops working?
I followed the instructions below to stop the robot from running, but it still did not send an email. Is there anything else I need to do?
After login to the Robot Manager, clicking on operator, you have an option called Notification preferences. You need to use this option to get a notification when the robotruntime is down/ lost connectivity.
to receive an email, make sure that in pyNotifyRobotLostConnectivity notification, Recipient data page has your email id. Please review below ref link to perform the same.
