How do I send an email when the robot stops working?
I followed the instructions below to stop the robot from running, but it still did not send an email. Is there anything else I need to do?
After login to the Robot Manager, clicking on operator, you have an option called Notification preferences. You need to use this option to get a notification when the robotruntime is down/ lost connectivity.
to receive an email, make sure that in pyNotifyRobotLostConnectivity notification, Recipient data page has your email id. Please review below ref link to perform the same.

The alert you mentioned above is intended for failure scenarios. You mention that you want a notification when the robot stops working. Is this when the robot fails to connect?, when it crashes?, when has completed a work?, when has not been processing assignments for a period of time?
Could you please elaborate?
