Email channel error when trying to save

I am trying to setup an email channel on 7.4 CS for Insurance and I am unable to save the instance after configuring it per this document: https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v74/express/procomhelpmain.htm#mcp/tasks/mcp-configure-email-channel-tsk.htm

It looks like an issue with the textanalyzer rule template.

Here is the error I am getting in the pega log. Any help is appreciated!

Try running with Tracer.  Enable all event types and all rulesets.  Setup your Tracer settings in the top of the panel to look like this:

Then try to determine why the required parameter is missing.
