Saving Emails With Pega Robotics Gives Error When Opening The Email
When saving MS Outlook emails, I noticed that the attachment is not being saved (I can save the attachment and get it to open and it's 12 KB). The email that I get to save is only 4 KB (1/3rd the size of the attachment the email wraps). It saves and gives no errors but when I open the email, the OS never opens it. Can you please tell me if I'm saving emails the right way?

I don't know if the email itself downloads correctly or not. What I do know is that it's only 4 KB on the hard drive but the attachment alone (which I save separately) is 12 KB and when I open the email after Pega saves it on the disk I get an error that the email cannot be opened.
