Add Email Forwarding Functionality for Email Channel

We have a client requirement for CWT to provide email forwarding functionality.

The basic user story is as follow:

  1. Within the email pane the 'Forward' (button) displays
  2. When Forward is selected the Email Forward modal window opens
    1. 'Forward to:' is empty by default
    2. Subject line includes FW: (works similarly to reply email subject line)
    3. Message area - Attachments and entire email thread is included and is read only. Typing is enabled
    4. New attachments can be added
  3. Cancel and Send Message buttons display and when selected actions reflect the Email Reply workflow
  4. Capture the forward action in the Audit trail
