I have a customer pagelist and the  scenario is to send mail with link to provide their approve/reject for each customers in it.

I need to track their decision asynchronously without impacting my flow.

Is there any token based email we can send in mail and track their response to particular customer inside the case?

Approve/Reject shape - will look for action from user in UI/Email. But in my scenario - I want my flow to proceed
