Email Actions Buttons are not coming in Correspondence mails

Hi Team,

When an assignment with pzemailactions correspondence is processed by end user the email buttons are not getting displayed in out going email. But when it is processed by developer then the buttons are getting displayed. Is there any privilege needs to included? Could any one of you please help us to get it fixed.
