edit in excel in data table is not working for few users

Hi,

when I click on the edit in excel button of a Data table to edit the instances, Nothing is happening. Other user is able to open the excel. I've checked the system settings and already installed Active X controls thinking this could be an issue settings. Everything is quite similar in both systems, unable to figure out what the exact issue is. Could anyone provide a solution for it?

Hi,

Which internet browser is being used? If it is IE, then

1. pls check the configuration in details and try to disable the Protection mode. Once disabled restart IE and try

2. Add Pega link as a trusted site and then re-try
