work history missing a few values
We have noticed that the work history is not getting updated properly for some of the newer objects.
On analysis we found that the activity "AddWorkHistory" runs for each flow action.
In this activity, the transistion "@isHistoryAvailable2(tools, Param.WorkObjectPageName, "pyHistoryMemo", Local.FieldValue)" fails and the activity ends.
Any idea what the "isHistoryAvailable2" function does? I could not get much info on this function

The decision tree is also called FilterHistory. If the FilterHistory system setting is not set to WRITE_ALL or WRITE_NONE, then the isHistoryAvailable2 function will check the FilterHistory decision tree if the work page is not null. When you look at the FilterHistory decision tree you will see the different field values for history entries and whether an entry should be written. The decision tree is available and can be modified.

The function checks the FilterHistory system setting and decision tree to see if history should be written. You mentioned the isHistoryAvailable2 fails, what is the error?

By fails I mean it evaluates to false. Apologies for that. Can you please elaborate on what decision tree this function evaluates and how the parameters in the function fit into it.
