Dynamic Folder in CMIS

Hi Good Morning/Good Day/Good evening,

dear Pega Expert,

please help me, does anyone know how to make dynamic folder in CMIS (i'm using openKM) when i attach files in Pega 7.2.1?. my condition right now is already connected between Pega and OpenKM, thereafter i successfully attach files on Pega and then files are save in root directory OpenKM. the problem is i have different category type of files and i want files are saved properly in folder base on the category type (e.g : excel file will save in excel folder, pdf file will save in pdf folder, etc).

now, i've done a few ways to try and the status are :

1. create openKM-Pega.jar file  with expectations has functions and methods as  brigde between Pega and OpenKM to communicate and make dynamic folder. the file openKM-Pega.jar already imported to Pega in Designer Studio - Application - Distribution - Import. afterwards i try to create an integration in +create - Integration Connectors - Connector Java but i get confused when i want set the Integration using Connector Java because there was no methods/functions which was set in OpenKM-Pega.jar. did i take wrong ways to create an integration? i really need suggestion about my problem, please help me :( . because i'm just a newcomer whom less of experiences using Pega.

You should first consider using the REST API provided by OpenKM. You can use Connect-REST to achieve pretty much anything provided by REST APIs: e.g. http://wiki.openkm.com/index.php/RESTful_Guide. Using java can work as well but that should be considered as the second option as the REST is the current recommended way, not just from pega, but also for the whole software industry.
