CMIS Connector - Case Folder Creation
Hi All,
Using the CMIS connector for integration with Filenet or any other ECM, does it Auto-Create a folder with the case-id in the repository? If not, then how can it be enabled. We need a folder to be auto created each time a new case is created. e.g., if the repository name is PegaAttachments, we need a C-101, C-102 to be created within it with the associated attachments.
How can the Case manager portal show the tree structure from the ECM.
Appreciate your help.
Regards,
Sumit
Now, to answer your questions. We don't auto-create a folder with the case ID. If that's your requirement, I'm afraid you need to implement it yourself. With regards to showing the tree structure from ECM, there is an out-of-the-box flow action Work-.AttachmentForECM, which is supposed to display repository structure of all the CMIS connectors available to the current application. I said "supposed to" because it is broken in the version of Pega you are using. It will be fixed in a future version.
