Dropdowns are not coming automatically in Pega 8.3v

All the drop downs including section name, flow action and prop type drop down which were created in the same project are not coming automatically in pega 8.3v.... Need to add all these manually.

 

Tried restarting the Pega application and system but no luck.

Hi,

 

Thanks for your response, PFA screenshots.

I have installed 8.4 version first,00 later I have installed 8.3.0 in which I am facing the issue.

NO, I didn't tested it .... Now I have installed the 8.3 ..but I didn't uninstall the 8.4. I thought during the installation 8.3, 8.4 will be removed.
